1. Agreement Acceptance
Welcome to AVYUT Business Development & IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing our services, signing a project agreement, or partnering with us for business development, marketing, or IT solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Scope of Services
AVYUT provides end-to-end digital solutions, including website development (custom designs, responsive layouts, speed optimization), mobile app development (iOS & Android native and cross-platform), custom software & ERP development, AI automation solutions (chatbot integrations, RAG systems, model tuning), digital marketing, branding, and business consulting.
3. Pricing & Detailed Quotations
Every project is unique. Our pricing depends on factors such as project scope, required features, design complexity, technology stack, integrations, and timeline. After understanding your requirements, we provide a transparent, detailed quotation with no hidden charges.
We work on a milestone-based billing model. Specific payment steps, initial deposit percentages, and deliverables will be documented in each individual Project Agreement.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of the deliverables is subject to complete payment clearance, as defined below:
Once the project is completed and all outstanding payments have been received, ownership of the agreed final deliverables (including website source code, native mobile applications, custom database structures, visual designs, and copy) is transferred to the client. AVYUT retains ownership of its proprietary tools, reusable frameworks, development methodologies, and third-party licensed components used during development.
Third-party components, open-source modules, and licensed graphic assets remain subject to their respective creators’ licensing terms.
5. Non-Disclosure Agreements
Absolutely. We understand the importance of confidentiality. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before discussing sensitive business information or beginning your project, ensuring your ideas and proprietary information remain protected.
Confidential information does not include information that is publicly known, already in our possession without breach of duty, or independently developed by our team.
6. Project Timeline & Delivery
Typical timelines for website development vary from 2–4 weeks for standard business websites to 6–12 weeks or more for complex web applications. Mobile applications usually take 6–10 weeks for MVP setups and 3–6 months for enterprise apps. All project schedules are estimates and depend on timely client review, content provision, and mock-up approvals.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary business content, product details, logos, branding criteria, staging database access, and timely feedback on designs. AVYUT is not liable for project delays caused by a lack of client responsiveness or incomplete content submissions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, arbitrations, or claims arising out of services provided by AVYUT will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, India.
