Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Billing Model
At AVYUT Business Development & IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we serve our clients through highly detailed custom services. Because our work involves creative, technical, and strategic labor tailored specifically to your business goals, we operate on a milestone-based payment structure.
2. Detailed Quotations & Custom Pricing
Every project is unique. Our pricing depends on factors such as project scope, required features, design complexity, technology stack, integrations, and timeline. After understanding your requirements, we provide a transparent, detailed quotation with no hidden charges.
Because scope analysis is performed upfront, payments are mapped directly to concrete, testable deliverables (milestones) defined in the project scope agreement.
3. Project Cancellation Terms
Either party may request project cancellation at any time during development by submitting written notice via email. Upon cancellation:
- Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be assessed.
- The client is obligated to pay for all work hours and completed milestones delivered prior to the cancellation date.
- All staging files, design prototypes, and codebase assets remain the property of AVYUT unless paid for in full.
4. Milestone Payments & Refunds
Refund conditions are mapped strictly to project stages:
Initial Advance Deposits: The initial project kick-off payment is non-refundable once design or coding research has commenced. This covers resource allocation, software environment setups, and workflow configuration.
Completed Milestones: Once a project milestone is reviewed, approved, and paid for by the client, that payment becomes non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for completed, operational deliverables.
5. Third-Party Fees & Licensing
We integrate external services such as hosting, domains, payment gateways, premium APIs (e.g. LLM models, CRM endpoints), SSL certificates, and third-party software licenses. All fees paid to these third-party providers are non-refundable and are subject strictly to their own respective refund policies.
6. Post-Launch Maintenance Support
For ongoing post-launch maintenance, hosting support, and SEO retainer packages, billing occurs on monthly or annual schedules. Cancelation of monthly packages must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the billing cycle to avoid the next cycle charge. No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
