Payment Terms
Our milestone-based 50-80-100 payment schedule structure. • Last Updated: July 13, 2026
1. Milestone Payments Overview
To establish a collaborative, secure, and transparent relationship during project development, AVYUT Business Development & IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. operates under a milestone-based invoice framework. This ensures that clients only pay as tangible objectives are reviewed and approved, while protecting our engineering resources.
2. The 50-80-100 Payment Model
We implement a standardized, three-stage milestone model for custom website development, mobile application programming, custom software creation, and AI integration tasks:
- 50% Initial Advance Deposit (Kick-Off): Payment of 50% of the total estimated project quotation is required upfront before work begins. This deposit secures engineering allocation, initiates layout styling design, configures wireframes, and sets up staging environments.
- 30% Milestone Payment (Design & Layout Approval – Total 80%): An additional 30% payment is due immediately upon client review and approval of the design mock-ups, custom UI layouts, database blueprints, and user flow architectures. This completes 80% of the financial contract.
- 20% Final Balance Payment (Deployment & Handover – Total 100%): The remaining 20% balance is due upon successful testing, quality assurance checks on staging platforms, and prior to production server deployment, domain pointing, app store submission, or release of codebases, design source files, and final intellectual property.
3. Invoicing & Due Dates
Invoices are generated electronically upon reaching each designated milestone. All milestone invoices must be settled in full within 7 business days of issuance. We accept electronic bank transfers, secure payment gateway links, and other pre-approved corporate payment options.
4. Project Halting & Reactivation
In the event that an invoice remains unpaid past the 7 business day grace period, AVYUT reserves the right to halt active software development, pull down temporary staging sites, and pause resource allocation. If a project is halted for more than 15 days due to payment delays, a reactivation fee of 10% of the remaining project balance may be charged to resume operations.
5. Third-Party Software Costs
Milestone quotations do not include external costs such as domain purchase, hosting plans, paid plugins, custom graphics licensing, or API query fees (e.g. OpenAI tokens, Twilio services, cloud storage). These items are either purchased by the client directly or invoiced separately at cost.
6. Delivery & Asset Handover
We do not release production source code (e.g. git repositories), final design source formats (e.g. Figma files), raw content files, or point active domains until the final 20% milestone payment has been completed and cleared by our bank. Once 100% payment is completed, all ownership transfer clauses outlined in our Terms & Conditions take full effect.
