1. AVYUT Original Property
All content, layouts, structural CSS, custom graphics, logo marks, templates, scripts, and original codebases published on the website and directories of AVYUT Business Development & IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are owned by or licensed to AVYUT. These works are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
2. Trademarks & Branding
The “AVYUT” name, favicon, and related stylized logomarks are official corporate identifiers. No business, developer, or competitor may use our logo, trademark, or modified variants in connection with any product or service without our express written authorization.
3. Client Content & Deliverables
We respect our clients’ intellectual property. Any brand assets, product photos, copywriting inputs, or data repositories provided by our clients for project assembly remain their exclusive copyright. Upon successful completion and 100% payment clearance of a custom design or software build, the copyright for those custom deliverables transfers to the client, as documented in our Terms & Conditions.
4. Infringement Reports & DMCA
We take copyright infringement seriously. If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content hosted on an AVYUT website, client staging site, or active database infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or local copyright regulations.
5. DMCA Claims Submission
To submit a copyright claim, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing the following details:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL link or location on our staging/production database containing the material.
- Your contact details: name, mailing address, telephone number, and corporate email.
- A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Send all infringement notices to: avyutofficial@gmail.com (Subject Line: Copyright Infringement Notice). Response times are usually within 2–3 business days.
6. Counter-Notification
If a client’s website or portal has content removed due to an infringement notice and the client believes this was a mistake or misidentification, the client may submit a written counter-notification. AVYUT will review the claim and may restore the content upon formal resolution or legal release.
